Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

 Prompt: One time, a teacher told me, "Don't be afraid to make mistakes; that's how you learn and grow." Back then I was always afraid of making mistakes, especially in front of others. I would try to be perfect and not fail. But after my teacher telling me that I realized that making mistakes was actually a part of getting better at something. Ever since then I have felt more comfortable trying new things, even if I don’t get them right the first try. I learned that mistakes are just part of the learning process.

Summary: We had an online school day due to inclement weather.

Reflection: I have been enjoying the story so far. I also enjoyed another day off of school.
