If you were President of the United States of America, what are 5 things that you would do and why?

Prompt: If I were the President, I would focus on stuff that makes life easier and better for teens. Firstly,  implement more counselors in schools so teens can get help with stress and mental health. I’d also make college and trade schools cheaper so everyone can afford it, this will benefit society and allow for people to have a future. Thirdly, Free, fast internet in public places like schools and parks would help teens stay connected. Fourth, I’d build fun places like skateparks, gaming zones, and sports areas for teens to hang out safely. Finally, I’d invest in technology like solar panels and electric buses to help fight climate change and protect the planet. 

Summary: Today we did an assignment on Jimmy Carter and remembering his contributions to the world.

Reflection: I really learned a lot today about what type of person Jimmy Carter was. He helped many many people and did not hesitate to fight for what he thought was right.
