Who is the best cook in your family? Describe a meal that person has cooked for you.

 Prompt: My mother is the best cook in our family. She makes the best enchiladas. The tortillas are soft and filled with delicious, shredded chicken. She puts a rich, spicy red sauce on top of them and sprinkles cheese and melts it. She serves some meat with on the side and it is full over flavor along with all her food. The taste is perfect, and every time she makes them, it feels like a holiday. It's always my favorite, and I can never get enough.

Summary: Today we read a poem and did an assignment then finished our food poster.

Reflection: The poem was alright and I was there for most of the class till I had to leave. I wish I could've finished it but I was not able too, so it unfortunately it's homework now.
